The free scan

• The scan reads only the entered site's public files (home page, robots.txt and published structured data), the same way any browser or search crawler does.
• The result is an indicative technical observation. It does not measure whether an AI assistant names the company — the paid Silence Index does.
• Only scan sites you have a legitimate reason to read. Automated load on the service is not allowed.

No promise of visibility

No known method shows a stable, cross-platform causal link to AI visibility. The studio therefore does not promise that a company will be mentioned more often. It promises a measured number, how it was measured, and the result of the re-measurement.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and 3D implementation belong to NOX Silence Studio. Quoting with attribution is allowed.

Limitation of liability

The free scan is provided as is. The studio is not liable for indirect damages. For paid services liability is limited to the price paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Order terms (paid engagements)

• An order is formed when the studio sends a written order confirmation and the client accepts it. The confirmation names the package, the price, the schedule and what is being measured.
• Payment: Hiljaisuusindeksi half on order and half after the re-measurement. Hetki ennen and Hiljaisuusvuosi follow the schedule shown in the pricing section. Payment term 14 days, late interest per the Finnish Interest Act.
• Cancellation: the client may cancel free of charge before the measurement starts. After it starts, work done is invoiced. The studio may cancel if the measurement cannot be made honestly — any amount paid is then refunded.
• Schedule: the measurement starts on the agreed date and the report is delivered within the time shown in the pricing section. Any delay is reported as soon as it is known.
• Confidentiality: the client's name, numbers and report are not published without written permission. Published aggregate figures are anonymous and pooled.
• Data: measurement data is kept for the duration of the engagement and at most 24 months after it. The client receives the report and its source material with no restriction on use.
• Liability: limited to the price paid for the engagement, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

How the price is determined

Prices set in advance are in the pricing section of the front page. For a tailored engagement the price follows the number of buying situations, languages, markets and brands measured, plus any in-store days. The basis and an estimate are given on request before any contract.

Multidisciplinary activity and conflicts of interest

The studio both measures visibility and sells the fix. That is a conflict of interest, and it is handled like this: the method and its gate are fixed before the result is seen, every number is traceable to a single answer, the fix list also names the items the studio does not do itself, and the re-measurement is not priced on its outcome. The studio takes no commission from third parties for recommendations.

Dispute resolution

Contact us first: nikolainox@outlook.com. We answer in writing. If the matter is unresolved and you are a consumer, you may refer it to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi); before that, contact consumer advisory services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). With a business client, disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.

Governing law

Finnish law applies. Disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court, without prejudice to a consumer's rights.
